Embodied Emotions: Anger Workshop
Together we'll explore education around the emotion of anger - how anger can be felt, how anger is experienced within our bodies, and ways in which we can effectively express anger as adults. Please be prepared for movement, breath, and sound practices - have privacy if possible.

Join Briar, for an hour intensive workshop in exploring our relationship with anger. The bulk of this workshop will explore embodied practices for expressing and moving the charge of anger through and out of our bodies.
Please be prepared with comfortable clothing and a private space so you can move, breath, and make noise freely.
A list of other possible "supplies" and tools for the workshop will be sent 24 hours in advance. These will be simple household items like pillows and blankets.
